You can make a difference. California’s ancient old growth redwoods are worth saving. With only 1 percent remaining, protection is a must. Spooner is an ancient grandfather tree living in Humboldt county that is over 300 feet tall. Spooner is located in the heart of a green belt of old growth trees. This green belt is a sustainably functioning web of ecosystems. The plants and animals on the micro and macro levels in the grove give and take from each other and their environment in such a way that all needs are met and then recycled only to replenish and nourish. Thanks to Spooner’s friends, partnerships are created that support the effort of education and awareness. These partnerships unify the solidarity of consciousness that is necessary to save these trees permanently for future generations enjoy and benefit from. Thanks for supporting a great cause.
